Our Story
Welcome to Nauti Goth, where salt, shadow, and creativity collide.
Our story began in a tattoo shop — a place where art and rebellion already thrived. Originally founded under the name Dark Edge, then reborn as Ravyncraft Curiosities, we finally dropped anchor under the name Nauti Goth — a brand that perfectly captures our gothic‑nautical soul.
As co‑owner of Spy Tattoos, Jessica Tompkins wore many hats: business manager, apprentice piercer, front‑desk magician, and maker of jewelry in her stolen moments. What started as a handful of handmade pieces soon transformed the shop’s small retail corner into a treasure trove of handcrafted oddities. From custom costume jewelry and “cut shirts” to shadow boxes, and picture frames, her craft evolved into a full‑blown creative voyage.
With the support of her professional‑artist fiancé, the shop thrived for several years — until life’s tides shifted.
After the breakup came a new chapter: a rebrand from Dark Edge to Ravyncraft Curiosities, and a partnership with Cassie Bates, founder of Links to the Past — a nostalgic nod to the Legend of Zelda franchise, beloved by both artists since childhood.
Today, Nauti Goth stands as the culmination of every incarnation — a haven for handcrafted jewelry, gothic‑nautical treasures, and collaborative artistry. Cassie’s Links to the Past brings scalemail and chainmail jewelry, dice bags, pauldrons, and shirts into the mix, merging fantasy and craftsmanship in perfect harmony.
